Decent beer selection, good food and plenty of staff on hand for anything you might need. Thanks for keeping plenty of employees on hand to handle all the customers needs! Great to finally see that, get tired of going out only to have to fight for the attention of an employee at an understaffed bar/restaurant.

This is the second time we've been to Boston's and have had deplorable service. I thought the last time was a fluke, but apparently not. This time it wasn't our waitress who was bad, just everyone else. Our waitress was bartending and waiting tables, which made for slow service, but that's understandable when she's so busy. The problem? No one else was busy! There were always three or four other waitresses and one other bartender just hanging out! I can't tell you how many times we watched waitresses spend minutes wiping down already clean tables just so they could b.s. with each other while we and other patrons sat with empty drinks while our waitress/bartender ran around like a chicken with her head cut off. I mean LITERALLY running! She was busy as hell and apparently the only one in the place that was working. A different gal dropped off our food and before we could even ask for drink refills she was gone. I despise drive-by waitressing. I understand we might not be your table and there may be no monetary benefit for you asking, "Can I get ya anything else?", but come on!!!! If your at work, WORK! Thanks so much to Joelle---apparently the only Boston's employee who believes in hard work and customer service. Ya know for a place with pretty unremarkable food, you think they'd at least attempt to retain patrons with decent customer service.

I posted a not-so-nice review about 2 months ago. I was blown away (that a good thing) when one of the managers replied within a few days. THAT says a lot about a business. To that manger: I did try to contract you and the other manager on two separate occasions. Both times I was informed no manger was in house. I appreciate that you made the effort. Truly. My friend had ordered the GF BBQ Chicken pizza. He thinks it may have been the bbq sauce that made him ill. I've dined in your establishment twice since my last review and I personally had no issues with the food. I can't speak for my friend as I don't know if he's been back in. Again, thank you for caring enough to respond back to my earlier review!

Updated review and will be last. Went back with a friend, food was decent but was extremely salty this time, I thought it was maybe just mines but also our friends food was salty. I didn't know you could make pizza so salty. I'm guessing it's just not completely consistent here so I'm going to have to leave my rating at 3 stars.

Good place. I read the other reviews about this place and decided to give it a shot. It's clean, well decorated, they have a good menu with good prices and the staff was very nice. I sat at the bar and tried the garlic shrimp pasta and it was very good. It was also happy hour and the bar tender told me about all the deals. Bottom line is, I was very happy and satisfied. I rarely give out 5 stars (dont think I ever have) but this casual place is very good and I'd return if I get back to Great Falls.

Service was great!!! The new buffalo chicken sandwich, all the new wing flavors, and the monster cookie are a delicious addition to the already outstanding menu.

The pizza is so good! We've been here twice, once with a big group, and the service was great. The second time our service was a bit slow but I think our waitress was being trained so we weren't too fussed. Food is good, drinks are good, great place to hang out!

I never get a bad meal. Good staff. If I had complaint and I realize this is petty but when I just want to have a beer at the bar, the person who opened the door for me always sneaks up behind me with a menu and silverware. I'm at the bar, if I want to eat I'll ask the bartender. Also why 2 people to open a door. But still good food and good service.

The place that I wanted to go to was closed, so we picked this place since it is close to our hotel. This place is exactly the same as our Boston Pizza restaurant/bar in Canada. Boston's is just a name they use outside of Canada, so I know what to expect (not gourmet food). The food was acceptable and the portions were big. Overall the night was pleasant.

My first time to eat at a Boston's was in Killeen, Texas in '09 so I was no stranger to this chain. I also knew that in general my food place choices were pretty limited considering we were in Great Falls. What can I say, I'm a California native! I knew what I was getting into... Honestly, my +1 and I had just finished a 7pm showing at the movies and were looking for somewhere, anywhere to eat dinner afterward. Mind you, it was only 9pm and our first try, Macaroni Grill, was closed. Drive a little ways down the street and we hit Boston's, which was luckily still open. It was clean, pretty quiet near closing. They were still nice enough to seat us and still take our orders. I had the Mama Meata Bow Tie Pasta with extra cheese on top, not in the mood for anything remotely "healthy" or "veggie." Not too bad, big portions but I probably would have enjoyed the pizza version in retrospect.

THEY GOT RID OF THE CAKE! No more Belgian Chocolate Ganache Cake. Liked their cheese fries, couldn't hear the game, no chocolate cake - no more patronage!
